These SMS Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Berger Mobile Detailing Text Alerts text messaging program (the "Program") operated by Berger Mobile Detailing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to the Program you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Berger Mobile Detailing Text Alerts sends SMS and MMS text messages from Berger Mobile Detailing LLC to customers who have opted in. Messages you can expect to receive include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling changes and service updates
• Technician arrival notifications
• Customer support and responses to your questions
• Marketing and promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal specials

2. How to Opt In

You enroll in the Program by checking an optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at /contact. The form has two separate checkboxes: one for transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and service updates, technician arrival alerts, and customer care messages, and one for promotional messages, such as special offers and discounts. You may check either, both, or neither, and you only receive the types of messages you agreed to. Each checkbox is unchecked by default and must be affirmatively checked by you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Each opt-in is recorded with the date, time, and consent language shown to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder, or an authorized user, of the mobile phone number you provide, and you agree to notify us if your mobile number changes.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, service requests, and promotional campaigns.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Berger Mobile Detailing LLC does not charge for the Program. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. How to Cancel (Text STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. We also honor the keywords CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and END.

7. Help and Support (Text HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at bergermobiledetailing@gmail.com or (704) 776-6789. Support hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm ET.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. We are not liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures of the Program caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will change. Your continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
