We collect contact information directly from you. We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party or affiliate lead lists.

5. How We Disclose Information

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are subject to the stricter rules in Section 15.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Records of your text message consent and opt-out requests are retained as required by law.

13. Do Not Track

Our websites do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no consistent industry standard exists.

15. SMS/MMS Text Messaging Policy

Berger Mobile Detailing LLC operates a text messaging program, Berger Mobile Detailing Text Alerts, for appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling and service updates, customer support, and marketing and promotional offers.

• Opt-in consent: You will only receive text messages from Berger Mobile Detailing LLC if you affirmatively check an SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form at the Contact & Text Message Sign-Up page. Consent for transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and service updates, technician arrival alerts, and customer care messages, and consent for promotional messages, such as special offers and discounts, are collected separately, each with its own checkbox, and you may choose either, both, or neither. Each checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with us.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
